This Privacy Policy applies to the web application AI-tjekker operating at https://ai-tjekker.dk (Google Cloud Project: AI-tjekker).
AI-tjekker is an AI-assisted legal document quality assurance, statutory citation validation, and procedural pleading auditing platform operating under Danish law and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2 2. Specific Types of Data We Access, Collect, and Process
In order to provide user authentication, automated legal citation auditing, and direct delivery of revised legal files to client workspaces, AI-tjekker accesses and processes only the following categories of data:
2.1. Google User Data (Accessed via Google OAuth 2.0)
- Google Account Profile & Identification: Primary Google email address, display name, and unique Google User ID (obtained upon user consent to sign in and link their case workspace).
- Google OAuth 2.0 Credentials: Ephemeral access tokens and refresh tokens required to interact with Google APIs on the user's behalf. All tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
- Google Drive Folder Structure: Metadata including folder names, folder IDs, and path hierarchies for folders explicitly created by AI-tjekker (e.g., "Sagsmappe: SAG-[ID]" and subfolders) on the user's Google Drive.
- Google Drive Files & Metadata: File IDs, file names, MIME types, and file contents of legal documents created, uploaded, or updated by AI-tjekker in the user's authorized Google Drive workspace.
- Google Docs Content: Document titles, document IDs, and text bodies created and formatted by AI-tjekker to deliver editable, revised legal pleadings and quality assurance memos.
2.2. User-Provided Case Material & Documents
- Legal Pleadings & Briefs: Court pleadings (such as stævning, svarskrift, replik, duplik, påstandsdokument), complaint drafts, administrative appeals, and associated case texts uploaded in PDF or Word (DOCX) formats.
- Supporting Exhibits (Bilag): Invoices, correspondence, contracts, or notices submitted by the user as evidence to accompany their legal brief.
- Case Metadata: Party names, claim values, court case numbers, and court district information contained within the submitted pleading.
2.3. Contact & Billing Information
- Contact Details: Name, email address, and optional phone number provided when requesting screening reports or ordering rewritten briefs.
- Payment Transactions: Processed directly via our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway (Revolut Ltd.). AI-tjekker.dk never handles, stores, or transmits credit card numbers or security CVV codes.
- Technical & Diagnostic Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, and request timestamps logged strictly for server stability, anti-abuse protection, and API rate limiting.
3 3. How We Use and Process Data (Purposes of Processing)
We process personal data and Google user data strictly to deliver the specific services requested by the user. Below is an exhaustive breakdown of how each data category and Google API scope is used:

Purpose & Usage: Used strictly to create and organize a dedicated, private case folder on the user's personal or organizational Google Drive (e.g. "Sagsmappe: SAG-[CaseID]"), create internal and customer subdirectories, and upload the finalized work product directly into the user's repository. Work product uploaded includes:
- The fully rewritten, court-compliant legal pleading in high-resolution PDF format.
- The comprehensive legal audit report detailing statutory citation checks and procedural flaws.
- The formal advisory agreement (Rådgivningsaftale) and GDPR Article 30 record of processing.
- Copies of the original submitted documents and exhibits for complete client archiving.

Purpose & Usage: Used strictly to programmatically create and format an editable Google Doc document containing the fully revised legal brief, a Quality Assurance (QA) change summary table, and internal procedural notes. This allows the client to directly review, edit, and collaborate on their brief before filing it with Danish courts or administrative tribunals.
Service: Legal Document Quality Assurance & Statutory Citation Verification
Purpose & Usage: Pleading texts uploaded by the user are parsed and evaluated to:
- Verify cited statutory paragraphs against official Danish legislation via the Retsinformation European Legislation Identifier (ELI) REST API.
- Detect and eliminate AI hallucinations (invented case law, fake UfR numbers, nonexistent precedent).
- Structure legal claims in strict compliance with the Danish Administration of Justice Act (Retsplejeloven).
Service: Customer Support & Order Fulfillment
Purpose & Usage: User contact information (email address) is used to send automated order status notifications, direct links to the generated Google Drive case folders, and transaction receipts.
4 4. Data Sharing, Transfers, and Third-Party Subprocessors
🚫 Strict Prohibition on Selling, Renting, or Monetizing User Data
AI-tjekker.dk does NOT sell, rent, lease, monetize, trade, or transfer personal data or Google user data to any third parties, commercial brokers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.
We only share data with vetted technical infrastructure subprocessors strictly as necessary to execute the service requested by the user:

5. Strict Prohibition on Artificial Intelligence Model Training
Your legal documents and Google user data are NEVER used to train, retrain, improve, or fine-tune artificial intelligence models or machine learning algorithms.
All legal document analysis and citation checking is performed on dedicated, ephemeral computing instances using enterprise API agreements with strict data isolation. Data transmitted to AI processing endpoints is processed strictly in-memory, is never stored for foundation model improvements, and is discarded immediately after analysis is complete.
"AI-tjekker.dk's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."
In adherence to Google Limited Use requirements:
- We do not allow humans to read user data unless the user provides explicit consent for technical troubleshooting, it is necessary for security reasons, or required by applicable law.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, retargeting, or personalized ads.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- We strictly limit our use of data to providing user-facing features and legal document delivery.
7 7. Data Storage, Retention, and Automated Deletion Policy
User's Google Drive Files
All case folders, PDFs, and Google Docs created by AI-tjekker are deposited directly in the user's own Google Drive. The user retains 100% ownership and control over these files and may archive, modify, or permanently delete them at any time.
Automated 90-Day Server Purge
Temporary case files, generated screening summaries, and server cache data stored on AI-tjekker servers are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days from order completion.
Immediate Manual Deletion on Demand
Users can request immediate and complete deletion of all associated personal data and server records by emailing mail@ai-tjekker.dk. All verified erasure requests are executed within 48 hours.
8 8. How Users Can Revoke Google Access at Any Time
Users maintain absolute control over their Google Account permissions. You can revoke AI-tjekker's access to your Google account with immediate effect at any time by following these steps:
- Visit your Google Account Security Dashboard: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions ↗
- Locate AI-tjekker in the list of third-party apps with account access.
- Click on AI-tjekker and select "Remove Access" (or "Delete all connections").
Upon revocation, all active OAuth tokens are immediately rendered invalid, and our servers cannot perform any further interactions with your Google Drive or Google Docs.
9 9. Technical Security, Encryption & Data Residency
🔒 Encryption in Transit
All data transfers between your browser, our servers, and Google APIs are secured with HTTPS and TLS 1.3 encryption.
🛡️ Encryption at Rest
All temporary files, cached reports, and OAuth credentials stored on our servers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
🇪🇺 European Union Data Residency
All server infrastructure and data processing facilities are physically located within Denmark and Germany (EU) in strict compliance with GDPR.
⚖️ Professional Confidentiality
All legal auditing workflows are overseen by an experienced Danish legal professional (cand.jur.) bound by strict legal confidentiality.
10 10. User Rights Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Under Chapter III of the GDPR, you have the following irrevocable rights regarding your personal data:

- Betalingsdata: Ved gennemførelse af betaling håndteres transaktionen krypteret og direkte af en PCI-DSS-certificeret betalingsgateway (Revolut). AI-tjekker.dk opbevarer eller behandler aldrig dine fulde betalingskortoplysninger.
- Tekniske logdata: IP-adresse, browsertype og tidsstempler logges af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager med henblik på misbrugsforebyggelse og rate-limiting.

Behandlingen af dine oplysninger sker på grundlag af GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra b (opfyldelse af aftalen om juridisk auditering og levering af sagsakter) samt GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra f (vores berettigede interesse i systemsikkerhed, logning og overholdelse af bogføringsloven).

For at automatisere levering af reviderede juridiske sagsakter tilbyder AI-tjekker.dk integration med Google Drev (Google Drive) og Google Docs. Dette afsnit redegør udtømmende for, hvordan Google-brugerdata tilgås, anvendes, opbevares og beskyttes i overensstemmelse med Googles brugerdatapolitik for API-tjenester.

13.2. Strengt forbud mod deling, videresalg og reklamer (No Sharing or Selling)
AI-tjekker.dk sælger, udlejer eller videregiver ALDRIG brugerdata eller filer fra Google Drev til tredjeparter, datamæglere eller annoncører. Google API-adgangen bruges udelukkende til den konkrete sagsbehandling og levering af det bestilte materiale direkte til kunden/brugeren.
13.3. Ingen anvendelse til AI- eller modeltræning (No AI Training)
Brugerdata og dokumenter tilgået via Google API'er anvendes ALDRIG til træning, finjustering eller videreudvikling af generelle kunstig intelligens- eller machine learning-modeller. Al databehandling er isoleret, strengt fortrolig og underlagt fuld juridisk tavshedspligt.
13.4. Dataopbevaring, sletning og tilbagetrækning af samtykke
De genererede dokumenter placeres direkte på brugerens eget Google Drev. AI-tjekker.dk opbevarer alene midlertidige metadata til brug for ordrefærdiggørelse. Alle sagsmapper og midlertidige filer på vores servere slettes automatisk efter 90 dage.
Brugere kan til enhver tid trække AI-tjekker.dk's adgang til deres Google-konto tilbage med øjeblikkelig virkning via Google Sikkerhedspanel:

14.1. Ydelsens Omfang & Juridisk Status
AI-tjekker.dk leverer en specialiseret teknologisk og juridisk screenings- og omskrivningsydelse for processkrifter, klager og retsakter. Ydelsen omfatter auditering af lovhenvisninger, subsumptionssanering og kildetjek mod gældende dansk retspraksis.
Lov om juridisk rådgivning: Ydelsen udføres og kvalitetssikres af en erfaren jurist (cand.jur.) med over 20 års erfaring som beslutningsstøtte. AI-tjekker.dk udøver ikke advokatvirksomhed og møder ikke i retten på klientens vegne. Kunden bærer selv det fulde procesansvar for sagens endelige indlevering på minretssag.dk eller til offentlige myndigheder.
14.2. Priser & Beregning
- Gratis Screening: Indledende risikovurdering (AI-tjek) på skærmen er 100% vederlagsfri og uforpligtende (0 kr.).
- Fast Sidetakst: Fuld juridisk omskrivning og kildekontrol koster fast 299 kr. ekskl. moms (373,75 kr. inkl. moms) pr. side selve processkriftet fylder.
- Gratis Bilag: Vedhæftede bilag (fakturaer, aftaler, mails) beregnes altid til 0 kr. uanset sidetal.
- Loyalitetsrabat: Tilbagevendende klienter modtager 20% rabat på sag nr. 2.
14.3. Ansvarsbegrænsning
AI-tjekker.dk og tilknyttede jurister kan ikke gøres erstatningsansvarlige for en retssags eller en administrativ klages endelige udfald ved domstolene eller forvaltningsmyndighederne. Ydelsen udgør en faglig beslutningsstøtte baseret på det af kunden fremsendte materiale.
Erstatningsansvar er i ethvert tilfælde maksimeret til det beløb, som kunden har betalt for den pågældende sagsbehandling.
14.4. Fortrydelsesret ved Digitale Tjenesteydelser
Ved køb af juridisk omskrivning accepterer kunden, at udførelsen af tjenesteydelsen påbegyndes straks efter modtagelse af betaling og sagsmateriale. I overensstemmelse med forbrugeraftalelovens § 18, stk. 2, nr. 2 bortfalder den almindelige 14 dages fortrydelsesret, når leveringen af den digitale sagsbehandling er påbegyndt efter forudgående udtrykkeligt samtykke.
